This is an aromatic, off-dry style of wine, made with 20 percent hand-picked fruit fermented with wild yeast in old seasoned barrels.
Medium bodied, with hints of apples, pears and white pepper, it is both elegant and sumptuous.

● Will age for 4+ years.
