This 2009 Sauvignon Blanc shows a mineral pureness, ripe   tropical flavours, gooseberries balanced by a lush herbaceousness of capsicum and a hint of blackcurrent leaves.

Food match :      
Grilled or poached fish, New Zealand green lipped mussels, crayfish, oysters, quiche, pâté, salads and chicken.
